Policy

- Deposit  After appointment has been made a non refundable $20 deposit should be sent to cash app ($BrianneNBethel) stating the date of your appointment in the notes.
- Late Fee I allow a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes late you will be charged a $20 late fee. Arrival after 15 minutes late appointment will be automatically canceled.

- Rescheduling can only be made once within the same month for your deposit to be transfered. You must reschedule 36 hours prior to appointment for deposit to be transfered. Please keep in mind same month appointments may not be available because appointments fill so quickly. To schedule a next month appointment you must cancel and schedule with new deposit when the new calendar opens.

No call, No Show will no longer be able to book.

- Appointment time duration may vary depending on fullness, head size and length of hair. All appointment times are estimates.

What To Do Before Your Appt?

- Please come with hair Freshly Shampooed, Detangled, dry and blown out. (Extra Fees will apply if not)

Washing and Blowdrying services are included. Ask me about deep conditioning and hot oil treatments.

What Not To Do?

- Please do not use oil. Oil will not blend well with products being used at time of service. I will moisturize/ hydrate your hair during your service. To get the best results please follow directions.

Hair Consultation 

-Hair must be at least 3 inches long all the way around.

Is Your Hair Relaxed?

- Relaxed Clients must wait at least 4 weeks after hair has been relaxed to be serviced. If hair is freshly relaxed with soars, hard spots or sticking to scalp I will not service you
