Policy

- Late Fee I allow a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes late you will be charged a $20 late fee. Arrival after 15 minutes late appointment will be automatically canceled.

- Rescheduling  You can only reschedule once within the same month. Rescheduling more than once will require a $50 deposit on your next service. You must reschedule 36 hours prior to appointment. Please keep in mind same month appointments may not be available because appointments fill so quickly. 

No call, No Show will no longer be able to book.

- Appointment time duration may vary depending on fullness, head size and length of hair. All appointment times are estimates.

🤎Please do not schedule on the day of an Event. I will not rush on your hair. I take pride in my work and Quality can not be rushed. Correct posture is a must when sitting with me and please try not to use your cellphones. Im working on crisp parts.🤎

Hair Requirements

Expression 3X Pre Stretched Hair

- Please come with hair Freshly Shampooed, Detangled, dry and blown out. (Extra Fees will apply if not)

*$15 To BlowDry

- Do not come with your hair Freshly Flat Ironed. If you had a silk press that is fine.

• Please do not use oil.

Oil will not blend well with products being used at time of service. I will moisturize/ hydrate your hair during your service. To get the best results please follow directions.

-Hair must be at least 3 inches long all the way around.

- Relaxed Clients must wait at least 4 weeks after hair has been relaxed to be serviced. If hair is freshly relaxed with soars, hard spots or sticking to scalp I will not service you
